• Undergoing chemotherapy ( must have had treatment at one year+ and must provide doctors note)
• heart conditions 
• autoimmune disorders
• epilepsy
• healing disorders
• used accutane in the past year
• uncontrolled diabetes ( will need doctors note)
• allergies to lidocaine
• Blood clotting disorders
• active skin disease in the area to be tattooed , such eczema, psoriasis, undiagnosed rashes or blisters in the area. active acne breakout in the area to be tattooed
• Those who have taken antibiotics and or Steroids within 2 weeks of the appointment.
• Those with previous work done by another artist
• those on acne medication retinol/retina A or clinical strengths products.

The standard retainer for new services is $100.00, unless otherwise specified. Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE under any circumstances. The final balance is due prior to the beginning of the appointment. Cash/ Debit, credit cards are all acceptable forms of payment. NO electronic transferring services will be accepted for any reason. The initial Touch up  between 6-12 weeks  after first initial appointment is included in the total initial investment. However , after 12 weeks you will be charged a touch up fee based on the length of time since initial appointment. Please pre book 6-12 week touch up appointment before you leave in order to ensure you stay in the window of 6-12 weeks.

If you need to reschedule a 48 hour notice is required. If canceled with proper notice, You will be given one opportunity to transfer your deposit for a new appointment. In the event of canceling without rescheduling the deposit becomes nonrefundable. Appointment will be rescheduled based on the artist  availability .All NO call No shows will result in a forfeited  appointment and the Full balance will be charged to the card on file. ANY appointment greater than 10 minutes late will result in appointment being forfieted as well as deposit .

Touch Appointments are required for best Results. It is highly recommend to book the touch up appointment on the day of initial appointment. All touch ups must be booked 12 weeks after initial appointment or a touch fee will be charged based off length of time of original appointment.

Kyra Johnson,Prestige faces LLC, Hansen Aesthetics does not guarantee Any permanent make up results. Results are based off of life style cosmetic regiments, skin type , the following of precare and after care instructions and health/well being. 

In the event that you are unhappy with you results, Kyra Johnson asked to be notified within 90 days of your initial procedure. Any issues that are brought up past the 90 day period will not be considered  and will billed at the Touch up rate.
